Bright Horizon Hospice is comprised of experienced healthcare professionals who specialize in the treatment of terminally ill patients. We provide physical, emotional and spiritual services to both our patients and their families. Our interdisciplinary team of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual counselors and physical, occupational and speech therapists are committed to easing physical discomfort and providing emotional and spiritual support during the end-of-life journey.
By focusing on the individual needs of the patient, we specialize in creating a care team comprised of our healthcare providers and the patient’s family members. We are committed to managing the entire spectrum of challenges and needs related to a terminal diagnosis to help improve the quality of life of our patients.
